1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and air168 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the air168 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other provided channel — you automatically agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the air168 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. air168 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, with such changes taking effect immediately upon publication on this page.

2User Eligibility

To use the air168 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and each time you use the platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition, agreement, or regulation that prevents the use of online gambling services.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of a third party without written consent from air168.
• Have not previously been banned from using air168 services.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of existing balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as per your identity card / passport
• Valid date of birth
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• A valid and active email address
• Malaysian bank account information held in your own name

Air168 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. All personal information collected is subject to Privacy Policy air168.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the air168 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — must be conducted using a valid payment method registered in the same user's name. air168 does not accept payments from or to third parties.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: subject to the current limits displayed in your account.
• All successful deposits will be credited to your account balance immediately.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, online banking, and approved Malaysia e-wallets.
• Air168 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will be processed promptly once all security checks are completed.
• Air168 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are subject to the current limits displayed in your account.
• Users who have not completed the KYC process may be subject to lower withdrawal limits.

5Bonus & Promotions

Air168 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and special promotions tied to specific events. Each bonus and promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the respective promotional announcement.

General terms applicable to all bonuses at air168:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover requirement) before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Each user is only eligible to receive each type of bonus once unless otherwise stated.

6Wagering Rules

• Wagers cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn once confirmed by the system, except in special circumstances stated in the relevant game rules.
• The outcome of all games is final. Any disputes regarding results must be submitted to the support team within 48 hours of the conclusion of the relevant game.
• Air168 reserves the right to void or reject any wager found to have been placed in a manner that violates the rules, including wagers that exploit technical errors or odds discrepancies.
• Wagers credited in error due to a technical fault are subject to correction without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, air168 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all wagers involved.

7Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. air168 will never request your account password via email, text message, phone call, or any other communication channel.

• All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have reported a security breach to us.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the air168 support team immediately to have your account temporarily frozen.
• The use of third-party software, bots, or any automated tools to access or interact with the air168 platform is strictly prohibited.
• Air168 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers.

8Fraud & Platform Abuse

Air168 takes a firm stance against any form of fraud, manipulation, or platform abuse. The following actions are considered serious violations and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions
• Using false identity information or information belonging to another person during registration
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical systems
• Engaging in money laundering activities through the platform
• Cooperating or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or system inconsistencies

Air168 cooperates with relevant authorities and reserves the right to report any activity suspected of involving fraud or financial crime. All transactions on the air168 platform are actively monitored by our fraud detection system.

9Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the air168 support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

Air168 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to pass the identity verification (KYC) process
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in our inactive account policy

10Service Suspension

Air168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any part of the platform at any time for technical, maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible, but cannot guarantee this in all situations.

During scheduled maintenance or technical outages, new wagers may not be accepted. Wagers in progress at the time of an outage will be settled as best as possible based on available results, or voided if results cannot be confirmed.

11Limitation of Liability

The air168 platform is provided "as-is". While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly and accurately, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or delays at all times.

Air168 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

12Terms Amendment

Air168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the most recent update date shown at the top.

For amendments deemed material and significantly affecting users, air168 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via in-account notifications or your registered email.

Continued use of the air168 platform after any amendment to the terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect.
